Frequently asked questions

Can I return the product and receive a refund?

You have the right to return your order within 30 days, however the packaging and product has to be undamaged. If you return your order within 30 days, we will deposit your money within three work days.

Can I order VAT free?

If you order for business purposes from us within Europe (but outside the Netherlands), it is possible to defer the VAT. We do not charge VAT on the invoice; when checking out you have to enter your VAT number, then you can pay without VAT.

Do you ship abroad?

We are currently shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and England. When you wish to ship the products to another country, please contact us and we will propose a fair offer on the shipping costs.

When can I expect my product?

If the order is placed before 20:00, the order will be carefully packed by us and shipped on the same day. The orders will be delivered to you by DPD.
The delivery times for DPD, within the Netherlands are:

Ordered on Monday before 20:00 > delivered on Tuesday
Ordered on Tuesday before 20:00 > delivered on Wednesday
Ordered on Wednesday before 20:00 > delivered on Thursday
Ordered on Thursday before 20:00 > delivered on Friday
Ordered on Friday before 20:00 > delivered on Saturday
Ordered on Saturday > delivered on Tuesday
Ordered on Sunday > delivered on Tuesday

Can I return an order?

You can return products, for example if they do not meet your expectations, within 30 days if the product is undamaged. You can receive a replacement or a refund. Contact us by e-mail and include your order number.

What are the payment options

You are able to pay with PayPay and Credit Card.

We ship to the United Kingdom.

Shipping time

All products are in stock or in stock at our suppliers. Almost all orders are sent within one work day. If a product is not in stock, we will contact you by email or by phone. For parcels there is a tracking number, which you will usually receive in the afternoon of the ordered day.

What are the shipping costs?

As we ship from the EU, there is a minimum order amount of £150 excl. VAT. We will take care of all the importduties. 

From an order value of £199 excl. VAT, the order is delivered without shipping costs. For orders with a value less then £199 we charge a shipping fee of £9.95 excl. VAT.

(How) can I return a product?

You can return products, for example if they do not meet your expectations, within 30 days if the product is undamaged. You can then choose to either receive a replacement or the money that was paid.

What about liability?

After receiving your product, please check your order. If any components are missing or are damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order number, eventually including photos. The shipping times are an indication of PostNL and are therefore not 100% ensured.
